- Melakukan suatu praktek bisnis dengan baik tidak dengan cara yang kotor
- Setiap pelaku bisnis harus membayar upah para pekerja sesuai dengan standar dan klasifikasi jenjang karir para pekerjanya.
- Para pelaku bisnis diharapkan mampu bertindak atas pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.
- Tidak melakukan suatu tindakan yang dapat merugikan orang lain
- Memperoleh keuntungan dengan cara yang tidak curang, tidak adil, dan tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada pada suatu masyarakat atau kelompok.

Menurut pendapat saya pribadi hal itu sangat tidak baik dan sangat bertentangan dengan kepribadian bangsa kita kususnya bangsa Indonesia, karena setiap orang memiliki hak akan suatu keberhasilan dari suatu bisnis yang mereka lakukan.
3. Contoh Penerapan Dari Prinsip-Prinsip GCG Pada BUMN :
• Transparansi (transparency) contohnya :
- Adanya sifat saling terbuka terhadap sesama anggota pada saat rapat
- Tidak adanya sikap saling menutup-nutupi satu sama lainnya
• Kemandirian (independency) contohnya :
- Tidak adanya suatu tekanan dari pihak manapun dalam hal pembuatan perusahaan
- Perusahaan tersebut menjalankan semua kegiatannya dengan tenaga dari dalam perusahaan sendiri
• Akuntabilitas (accountability) contohnya :
- Adanya suatu sikap yang tegas dalam pengambilan keputusan

Tips Agar Cepat Gemuk

1.Makanlah 5 sampai 6 kali sehari, porsinya yang sedang-sedang saja, dan jangan makan junk food? Karena memakan junk food bukan saja menambah lemak tidak sehat tetapi juga bisa memperlambat metabolisme tubuh menjadikan tubuh tidak bisa bekerja secara sehat.

2. Makan karbohidrat dan protein secara langsung setelah selesai latihan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengantikan glycogen atau gula dalam otot yang habis sewaktu kita latihan. Dan proteinnya dibutuhkan oleh otot yang baru saja kita ‘rusak’ dengan latihan berat.

3. Makan real food (bukan suplemen) Masimal 1 jam setelah latihan

4. Minum multivitamin (ini keharusan buat yang mau nambah berat badan, karena vitamin B terutama, sangat membantu untuk mencerna nutrisi yang kita makan. Akan percuma makan banyak makanan tapi tubuh kita tidak bisa mencernanya dengan baik).

5. Jangan latihan beban melebihi 1 jam. Latihan lebih dari 1 jam akan memboroskan kalori Anda. Sedangkan kalori tetap dibutuhkan untuk membangun otot-otot Anda.

6. Tidak melatih otot yang sama lebih dari 2x dalam seminggu

7. Sudah mengikuti 9-12 set per otot per sesi. Jangan melatih otot chest dengan seluruh alat di gym dengan asumsi semakin lengkap semakin baik. Gunakan hanya 3-4 alat masing-masing sekitar 3-4 set dan gunakan basic compound movement saja. No Isolation Movement.

8. 6-8 reps adalah suatu keharusan, tidak boleh sampai 12 reps. 6-8 reps tuh sudah failure.

9. Gunakan negatif reps. Setelah failure, dibantu oleh teman/spotter untuk angkat, dan kita tahan untuk turunnya. Variasikan negatif reps ini selama 2-3 minggu sekali.

10. Sudah menggunakan High Intensity Training untuk latihan beban. Yang artinya, istirahat pendek antar set, sekitar 1.5 – 2 menit.

Cara agar cepat tinggi

1.Makan makanan yang mengandung gizi yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan.
Makanan adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan badan seseorang, Mengapa? karena didalam makanan yang kita konsumsi mengandung zat-zat yang diperlukan dalam proses pertumbuhan. Misalnya vitamin D yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tulang-tulang kita. Jadi, usahakan untuk makan makanan bergizi 4 sehat 5 sempurna.
2.Berolahraga teratur.
Faktor kedua yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan badan kita adalah olahraga. Tidak setiap jenis olahraga berdampak ke pertumbuhan badan kita. Olahraga yang disarankan seperti renang, basket, dan badminton. Lompat tali juga termasuk, bedanya ini bisa anda lakukan tanpa anda berlatih terlebih dahulu.
3.Minum minuman berkalsium tinggi.
Minuman yang sangat disarankan dalam proses pertumbuhan adalah susu berkalsium tinggi seperti Hi-lo dan susu segar asli. Bagi anda yang tidak suka minum susu, biasakan ya. Kalau tidak doyan juga, buat susu sesuai style yang anda sukai. Maksudnya gimana? Begini, buatlah susu yang lain dari yang biasanya. Misalnya, jika susu biasanya hangat(dan anda tidak suka), buat susu yang dingin dan tambahkan toping untuk susu anda seperti krim coklat. Nah, jadi resep baru dah. hahaha
4.Minum suplemen penambah tinggi.
Untuk mendukung makanan dan olahraga yang telah anda lakukan, silahkan minum suplemen yang mengandung zat-zat yang diperlukan tubuh, saya pernah diberi saran oleh teman SMP saya. Katanya dia minum Zevith Grow. Dia telah membuktikannya, dan memang dia itu tinggi. hehe(ngapain ketawa?)
5.Jangan suka begadang.
Pernah suatu ketika saya membaca di salah satu pertanyaan Yahoo! Answers tentang tinggi badan. Disitu ada jawaban yang mengatakan bahwa tidur mempengaruhi pertumbuhan badan kita, mengapa? karena saat tidur itulah tubuh kita bertambah tinggi. Jadi, untuk para remaja seperti kita ini, sebaiknya jangan suka begadang. Untuk yang gila bola, sebaiknya pikir-pikir lagi buat begadang tiap malam.
